Good list, definitely some up for a closer look. But I do miss one tool. Lookeen (www.lookeen.net) made it so much easier for me to find my way through those countless mails I've received. Didn't remember how I could do it without it before.

I think two most important ones are missing. Xobni and Nubli (http://nubli.com) I have been using both of them and I am totally addicted to Nubli as it effortlessly organizes my inbox and makes it stress free to monitor my emails and action items.
